Becky was born on Shelter Island NY, a little island nestled between the forks of Long Island near the Hamptons. Her parents love of cooking soon carried over to her and at a young age she had fallen in love with cooking and all that comes with it.

Becky graduated Johnson & Wales University in Providence Rhode Island with a B.A in Food Marketing. While at Johnson & Wales she perfected her skills and knowledge.  Learning about everything from stocks and sauces, to meat cutting, to French cooking, and table service.

Becky started her business in 2007 in Miami Beach. Although she loved cooking with the fantastic latin flavors available in Miami, her love for the east end of Long Island brought her back to the Hampton’s. In 2010 Becky started working as a Private Chef. She focuses on local Seafood, organic produce by cooking fantastic dishes that focus on each ingredient’s flavors. She also loves playing with flavors, from Thai, Chinese, Japanese to Latin, to French and Italian.

She enjoy’s photographing the beauty of the world, including local food and landscapes.
